Odubunmi Olagoke, a Senior Associate in the Tax, Labour Law and Dispute Resolution Practice of the Firm, is the Head of Litigation at the Firm.

He previously participated in tax reform projects and worked as a research assistant to a Tax Appeal Commissioner. He also has several published academic papers to his credit in the area of Taxation and a few others in other areas of Law. He is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Ajayi Crowther University, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Over the years, Olagoke has developed expertise in Litigation and has handled complex Tax litigation, as well as Labor and Employment Law Litigation, both at the Tax Appeal Tribunal, Federal High Court, National Industrial Court and Appellate Courts. He has successfully handled high profile cases for top tier Commercial Banks against some State internal Revenue Services including the Imo State Internal Revenue Service, Abia State Internal Revenue Service, Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service and Zamfara State Internal Revenue Services. He has equally successfully handled some high-profile tax cases for and against the Federal Inland Revenue Service (now Nigeria Revenue Service) at the Tax Appeals Tribunal, the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal.
