Michael Okuwobi is a Nigerian qualified Legal Practitioner. He is actively building practice experience in Taxation, Capital Markets and Corporate Commercial, with growing experience advising on high-value transactions, joint ventures, financing structures, and regulatory compliance. He brings a solution-driven approach to complex legal and commercial challenges, applying both legal knowledge and business insight to deliver practical outcomes for clients. Michael also contributes to thought leadership in tax law. He has authored several articles on taxation.

As an undergraduate, Michael served as President of The Tax Club at Lagos State University, where he led the team that organised Nigeria’s first-ever National Tax Moot Court Competition. His academic journey is further marked by several notable achievements and awards.

In his leisure time, Michael enjoys watching movies and playing games.
